The North Eastern Police Academy (NEPA) is a premier police training institution under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Established in 1978, NEPA provides professional training to Indian Police Service (IPS) probationers, State Police Service officers, and personnel from Central Armed Police Forces and other law enforcement agencies. The academy focuses on modern policing, leadership development, counter-insurgency, cybercrime, forensic science, and internal security to strengthen law enforcement capabilities across the country.
