National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) incorporated in 2016 under the Companies Act, jointly promoted by the Government of India and participating State Governments. The company functions under the Ministry of Railways and is responsible for financing, construction, maintenance, and operation of high-speed rail corridors in India.

Headquartered in New Delhi, NHSRCL is spearheading India's first high-speed rail project, the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR) Corridor, commonly known as the Bullet Train Project.
