Job Role: Warehouse Picker / Packer
Selected candidates will work in warehouse operations in Chennai.
The role may involve activities such as:
- Picking products/items from designated warehouse locations.
- Packing products according to operational requirements.
- Scanning products using handheld scanning devices.
- Checking product quantities and basic order details.
- Arranging and handling products safely within the warehouse.
- Following warehouse safety and operational procedures.
- Maintaining required attendance and productivity standards.
- Performing other routine warehouse activities as assigned by the supervisor.
Previous experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with handheld scanners will be an advantage.
Eligibility Criteria

Salary & Compensation
The approximate compensation structure is as follows:

Benefits & Incentives
Eligible employees may receive the following benefits and incentives as per company policy:
One-Time Travel Allowance – ₹1,000
A one-time train travel reimbursement of ₹1,000 will be provided as part of the first month’s salary.
The reimbursement includes food expenses and will be provided upon submission of the applicable train ticket/proof of travel.
Attendance Bonus – ₹1,000/month
Employees may receive an attendance bonus of ₹1,000 per month if they complete 26 days of attendance, subject to applicable company attendance policies.
Overtime – ₹100/hour
Eligible overtime work will be compensated at approximately ₹100 per hour, subject to company policy and applicable working-hour requirements.
Night Shift Allowance – ₹100/day
Employees working eligible night shifts may receive a night shift allowance of ₹100 per day.
The expected number of night shifts may be approximately 13 days per month, depending on the assigned shift schedule and operational requirements.
