• Pay Level-13 under the 7th CPC Pay Matrix
• Initial Basic Pay of ₹1,23,100

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

• Fellow/Associate Membership of either:
  • The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), or
  • The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI)

Experience Requirement

Applicants should have:

Minimum 18 Years of Relevant Experience

Out of which at least:

• 15 years in Pay Level-11 or above, OR
• 8 years in Pay Level-12 or above, OR
• 3 years in Pay Level-13

• Equivalent positions in Industry

Job Responsibilities

The Joint General Manager (Finance) will be responsible for:

• Overall supervision of Finance and Accounts Office
• Maintenance of institutional accounts
• Budget preparation and financial planning
• Disbursement and fund management
• Investments and financial oversight
• Statutory auditing coordination
• Tax compliance and regulatory filings
• Financial reporting and governance
• Other finance-related responsibilities assigned by the institute
