Educational Qualification

• Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks in:

Experience Required

Applicants should have:

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized University, Institute, Cooperative Training Organization, Cooperative Institution, Government Organization, or Autonomous Body.
• Experience in Cooperative Organizations will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Marathi language (Speaking, Reading & Writing) is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform the following duties:

• Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, and management development programmes.
• Prepare training materials and curriculum.
• Organize Training Need Analysis (TNA).
• Visit cooperative institutions and assess training requirements.
• Develop educational content for training programmes.
• Undertake consultancy and research activities.
• Collaborate with academic professionals to improve training quality.

Contract Period

• Initial Appointment: 3 Years
• Extendable for 2 additional years based on satisfactory performance.
• Total contract period shall not exceed 5 years.

Salary

Selected candidates will receive an attractive consolidated salary as per NCCT/ICM Pune norms based on qualifications and experience.
