The Adjudicatory Board for Major Ports (ABMP) is a statutory authority constituted under the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021, by the Government of India. Functioning under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, ABMP is responsible for adjudicating disputes related to tariff regulation, port services, infrastructure access, and operational matters involving Major Port Authorities.
