National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities is an autonomous organization under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. The institute is dedicated to the education, rehabilitation, skill development, and empowerment of persons with visual disabilities.

The organization provides specialized training, educational programs, rehabilitation services, assistive technologies, and research initiatives to promote independent living and equal opportunities for visually impaired individuals.
