Kamla Nehru Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) is an agricultural extension and farmer training institution established under the guidance of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). Located in Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh, the KVK operates through the Kamla Nehru Memorial Trust and focuses on transferring advanced agricultural technologies, improving farming practices, and enhancing rural livelihoods.
The centre conducts farmer training programs, on-farm testing, frontline demonstrations, skill development initiatives, agricultural awareness campaigns, and technology dissemination activities. It works closely with farmers, rural youth, women entrepreneurs, self-help groups, and agricultural stakeholders to promote sustainable agriculture, crop productivity, livestock management, horticulture development, and rural entrepreneurship.
