Institute of Hotel Management Ahmedabad (IHM Ahmedabad) is a premier hospitality education institute established in 1972 as Food Craft Institute Ahmedabad and later upgraded in 1984 under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The institute offers hospitality and hotel administration courses affiliated with NCHMCT and Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). The campus includes modern kitchens, bakery labs, restaurants, housekeeping labs, front office labs, computer labs, hostels, and placement support for students pursuing careers in the hospitality industry.
