The Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, under the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India, has released the official Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2026 Notification for the post of Chairman, Cauvery Water Management Authority (CWMA).
The recruitment is being conducted on Deputation (including Short-Term Contract) / Re-employment Basis. The selected candidate will be appointed in Pay Matrix Level-17 under the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) with a fixed pay of ₹2,25,000 per month.
