Union Public Service Commission has officially announced the Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination (II), 2026 for admission to prestigious defence training academies across India. Eligible unmarried graduates and women candidates can apply online through the UPSC portal before the last date.
The CDS Examination is one of India’s most sought-after defence recruitment examinations, offering candidates an opportunity to join the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force as commissioned officers.
Candidates selected through CDS (II) 2026 will be admitted to the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Air Force Academy (AFA), and Officers Training Academy (OTA).
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
