Essential Qualifications & Experience
Legal Advisor
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Work Experience:
- Must hold an analogous post in Indian Legal Services, Judicial Service, or other Legal Services in Government/Statutory Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
- OR Five years of regular service in Level 12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200) of the pay matrix in Indian Legal Services or equivalent.
- OR Ten years of regular service in Level 11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700) of the pay matrix in Indian Legal Services or equivalent.
Deputy Legal Advisor
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Work Experience:
- Must hold an analogous post in Indian Legal Services, Judicial Service, or other Legal Services in Government/Statutory Bodies/PSUs.
- OR Five years of regular service in Level 10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500) or Level 9 (₹53,100 – ₹1,67,800) of the pay matrix in Indian Legal Services or equivalent.
