Educational Qualification and Experience
Deputy General Manager (Operations):
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- 7 years’ executive experience in Operations & Maintenance of Railways/Metro/RRTS.
- Experience in OCC/DCC management, station handling, and safety measures.
- Preference given to candidates with Metro Rail/Railway experience.
Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock):
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- 7 years’ executive experience in Rolling Stock management.
- Expertise in project execution, procurement, testing, and commissioning.
- Preference given to candidates with Metro Rail/Railway experience.
Tenure for NMRC Recruitment 2025
- Deputation: Initial period of 3 years, extendable as per NMRC rules.
- Direct Recruitment/Immediate Absorption:
- Candidates will undergo a probation period as per NMRC policy.
- 3 months’ notice period required before resignation.
