Qualification and Experience for IRCON Recruitment 2025
The required qualifications and experience for IRCON Recruitment 2025 are outlined below:
For Project Director/Civil
- IRSE Officer working in SAG scale with a minimum of 4 years’ service in SAG.
- Must have experience in construction work such as earthwork, bridges, track laying, etc.
- Officer must have secured an overall grade of “Outstanding” in at least 3 out of the last 5 Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) / Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs).
- In the remaining two ACRs/APARs, the grading should not be less than “Very Good.”
For Chief General Manager/Civil
- IRSE Officer working in SAG/NFSAG scale.
- Preference will be given to officers with construction experience.
Tenure for IRCON Recruitment 2025
- The appointment will be made on a deputation basis for an initial period of 03 years from the date of appointment.
- The tenure can be further extended up to 05 years if required.
