The National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) is an autonomous technical support organization established under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Founded in 2007, NHSRC serves as the apex technical assistance institution for strengthening public health systems and supporting the implementation of the National Health Mission (NHM) across the country.

Headquartered in New Delhi, NHSRC provides policy guidance, technical expertise, research support, monitoring and evaluation services, health systems strengthening, healthcare quality improvement, digital health initiatives, human resource development, and public health program management support to central and state governments. The organization works closely with healthcare institutions, international agencies, academic organizations, and state health departments to improve healthcare delivery and health outcomes in India.
